THE GUARD WALL HAS BEEN MOVED BACK, MAKING
THE TRACK WIDER AND WE HAVE PUT A 4 FT WIDE STRIP OF ASPHALT ON EACH SIDE
OF THE NEW CEMENT SLAB TO THE WALL.
